New Name for a Physician:
The newest member to our group – Dr. Jasmin Roxas has changed her professional name to reflect her married name. Now, Dr. Jasmin Cabrera along with her husband and children all share the same last name! Welcome Dr. Cabrera.

Construction:
Our Bettendorf office continues to grow. We’ve reconfigured our office by adding a second nurse station and additional exam rooms so that we can accommodate more patients. Many of you may have already noticed that the Bettendorf lab drawing station has also been moved.

DID YOU KNOW?

Flu Shots:
Flu shots will be given until March 2009 or while supplies last. The vaccine is still effective late in the season.

Vaccines for Minors:
We must have a parent or guardian’s signature for minors to receive vaccines.

Sports and School Physicals:
Please bring all forms for sports or school physicals. This will assure that the forms are properly completed.

Courtesy Copy:
If you have labs ordered by a specialist, most laboratories will forward a copy of your test results to your primary healthcare provider if you request them to do so.

Sunday:
Did you know that our Bettendorf office has an acute care clinic on Sunday? We recognize that illness doesn’t just occur Monday – Saturday, that’s why we have a clinic to help. The acute care clinic can help those with sore throats and urinary tract infections and many illnesses, which don’t require a trip to the emergency room.
