Insurance Plan and PPO Participation
The difference between insurance plans and PPOs can be quite confusing. Some insurance companies offer many different plans with a wide array of coverage. If your insurance does not appear to be on the list, it is possible that your insurance company uses a preferred provider organization (PPO) that IS contracted with John Deere Medical Group. If you have questions regarding coverage, we encourage you to contact a member service representative listed on your insurance card.
